You can wear all the right clothes. You can be in all the right places—at church, at a sister’s meeting, or fellowshipping with other Christians.
You can be a part of all the best conversations—spiritual, about God, and Bible-kind of conversations.
You can read the right books, listen to the right songs and podcasts, and even listen to sermons. You can read the Bible.
You can sing spiritually rich songs. And you can even say the words of a beautiful prayer.
But you can still be missing the real thing:
Connection to the heart of God. Fellowship with HIM. Experiencing the Holy Spirit. True worship; in spirit and in truth.
Because that, sisters, happens inside your heart. It requires you to engage your spirit.
Only you can do that for yourself, and it isn’t as easy as slipping on a modest dress, saying a prayer, or singing a good song mindlessly and feeling like you’re good now. The heart experience with the Holy Spirit isn’t tangible, but it is undeniably real. And incomparably beautiful. Seek to experience it, and you will.
